What should I do to prepare for your visit:

Here are some suggestions that will make our work go more quickly.
First make sure the computer is fully accessible, when troubleshooting computer and networking problems we will need to have full access to the computer and may need to get inside it. So please have your computer free of clutter and easy to access. If you have animals, we love them too, but sometimes they become distractions so please keep them where they will not interfere with our work.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we guarantee our work. When we are finished with the job we will insure all networking components are working and your computers will be up and working. All networking jobs completed by Morgan Networks have a 1 year warranty. However many of our networking new construction and office moves qualify for a 25 year warranty. Please ask for details on your job to find out if your products quality. If the problem was a virus or spyware, we guarantee that the virus or spyware will be gone from the computer when we are done. With that said, we cannot guarantee that you may not get another virus/spyware after we leave, as we have no control over your Internet activity.

My computer crashed or I cannot get into Windows. Can you retrieve my documents, pictures, email, etc?

In most cases, yes we can. If you are hearing loud noises coming from your computer that are not normal like clicking or grinding, stop using the computer immediately in order to prevent any damage to your information. Please call us for more details.

How long does a service call usually take?

It generally varies from job to job but the “average” job is usually 1 – 1.5 hours.

What kind of experience do your technicians have?

We ensure our tech’s know what they are doing. All work completed by a Morgan Networks technicians comes with a one year warranty on installation. We have extended training and certifications on installation and products including:

Does the time start when you get to my site or when you are traveling?

For service calls in Idaho Falls we do not charge for travel time, but all other cities will have a travel time charge.

We are located next to Eagle Rock Dental at 630 South Woodruff Ave. Suite A Idaho Falls, the closest intersection is Woodruff Ave. and John Adams.

Can I bring my computer to you to have it worked on?

Yes, or we can pick your computer up. If your are planning on dropping off your computer please call our office first at 208.552.2421 to ensure someone will be there. As many times our techs leave for on-site appointments, and we wouldn’t want to miss you.

What are your hourly rates?

We charge a flat-rate for most residential or personal computer services, so you don’t have to worry about hourly charges. With business to business we offer many different options with our IT on Demand service and many times the work is covered under your IT Managed service maintenance contract. Whatever option works best for you, we will make sure you know the price before starting any job so there are no surprises.

Do you offer hardware and software for sale?

Absolutely, whether you are updating your computer, adding virus protection or purchasing a brand new custom build computer we will provide you with the right hardware or software for your needs. We even assist with disposal of hardware at the end of its useful life.
